We ship orders on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays ONLY. All orders received after 12:00 pm on Wednesdays will be shipped the following Monday.
With the exception of our smoked and cured meats, all our products are "frozen fresh" and shipped via UPS in a cooler with ice packs. This method allows our products to remain cold for up to 48 hours. Please ensure someone will be available to accept your delivery.
During the checkout process, you can specify an alternate address for gift orders. However, orders cannot be shipped to 2 addresses. If you require items sent to 2 addresses, please place orders separately.
