We ship orders on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays ONLY. All orders recieved after 12:00 pm on Wednesdays will be shipped the following Monday.
If you are shipping your order outside
of these states: Georgia,
Florida, Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, South Carolina, North Carolina, Virginia,
West Virginia, Kentucky and Tennessee, you will be contacted
by Thompson Farms Smokehouse for the updated shipping price. Service to these
areas requires us to send your order faster than normal UPS ground because
our items are perishible.
With the exception of our smoked and cured meats, all our products are "frozen fresh" and shipped via UPS in a cooler with ice packs. This method allows our products to remain cold for up to 48 hours. Please ensure someone will be available to accept your delivery.
During the checkout process, you can specify an alternate address for gift orders. However, orders cannot be shipped to 2 addresses. If you require items sent to 2 addresses, please place orders seperately.
All products are inspected and passed by the U.S Department of Agriculture, EST. 31999.
